Workers Who Sued Minneapolis for $15/hr

*Forum and Fundraiser for 15 Now Minnesota*

The city of Minneapolis sided with big business to block the proposal for $15/hr that almost 20,000 people in Minneapolis signed to qualify for the ballot.

Low-wage workers successfully sued the City of Minneapolis, before the city's appeal to the Supreme Court ruled to keep $15 off the ballot. The fight to win $15 for Minneapolis is far from over. Workers have now forced the Minneapolis City Council to address poverty wages, but big business interests will continue to fight to defend poverty wages.

Rosheeda Credit and Tyler Vasseur, two low-wage workers who sued the city of Minneapolis, will explain why they sued the City of Minneapolis and how you can join the movement to win $15 for Minneapolis.
